The Frost Firm acts as an outsourced general counsel to private equity firms, broker-dealers, interstate manufacturing and distribution and other clients who require day-to-day and long-term, strategic corporate counseling, but lack full-time in-house general counsel.

The Frost Firm is not a full-service firm, so we also source, interview, and engage separate counsel for specialized transactional, tax, and international matters.  Because we negotiate and monitor our clients’ representation by other legal professionals, in real time, we may effectively ensure high quality legal services at materially lower price points. 

As a result, our firm has developed an extensive network of uniquely qualified legal professionals located throughout the Western, Central, Midwestern, and Eastern United States, who routinely provide our clients tax, accounting, internal controls, and investigatory services, as well as dispute resolution services.  Whenever our clients face complex situations involving multiple law firms and other professionals in various jurisdictions, The Frost Firm capably manages the team and the costs of required professional services, while providing our client synthesized, comprehensive legal advice.
